“Money is the root of all evil” is a gross slant from a biblical passage that has lead to widespread anguish and fear regarding money, financial or economic health and well-being. As the 1 Timothy 6:10 reads, “For the love of money is a root of all sorts of evil,” a thoughtful reflection of the passage illuminates the desire of money, not money in itself, as a root for all sorts of evil. Therefore, we shall repent money which we have empowered as “evil” via fear and intimidation, and reconcile with an abundant green energy we use to support our lives.
